Taxonomy and an Updated Phylogeny of Anomoloma (Amylocorticiales, Basidiomycota)

Anomoloma is a cosmopolitan poroid wood-decaying genus, belonging to the Amylocorticiales. During study on polypores, two new species of were found in Eurasia, and they are described as A. denticulatum eurasiaticum. To examine phylogenetic relationships among Anomoloma, we analyzed nuclear ribosomal sequence data from ITS regions LSU gene. The result demonstrates that eurasiaticum independent belong genus. Both share principal characteristics but characterized by extensive white rhizomorphs spreading under whole fruiting body, angular pores measuring 1–2 per mm, distinctly lacerate dentate dissepiments basidiospores 3.5–4.3 × 2–2.5 μm. bearing plenty large crystals mycelia growth Picea high altitude areas.
